Wonderful perspective.  Living in moment is all we can do. Our brains need a break from trying to figure what new normal looks like. We may even need to grieve the old. We may be going through grief stages and have wondered why we feel so scattered.  Live today. Do the next right thing. Feel the emotions. Give yourself a break. We are all feeling this. Watch for the artist, the writers, the philosophers, the creatives of our day to put it in words or make it visible. We are resilient. This is hard. We will make it through.
