Time for myself to journal

Journaling is my rest. I get out of my head, relax, Zen out and let my mind wander. It has been a very stress filled year for myself and family. Health concerns on going but thankfully all are on the path to healing. So today and this weekend it is me time ...and a mix of family and friend time. My biggest choices today will be what room I hang out in and what to Eat , while I either read, journal, or do nothing but blog.  Below are some new creations, a mix of journals and paintings. Most importantly practicing gratitude and calming my wonderful amazing brain!
